Jana Johnston is GEM's director and founder. Her vision is to form as many doulas and midwives with affordable programs and trainings to serve moms and families around the world.
She's been serving as a doula since 2011 and then became a certified professional midwife in 2020. She's based in Kansas City and travels and teaches in Mexico and other places as invited.
